(1) Colours.  Due to variations in how screens display colour, the product colours shown on this website should be considered as a close match to those of the Product, not an exact representation.  We do not refund or return products if the colour you have chosen is not as you had thought.  For critical applications or exact matches, please request or supply a sample or contact us.

 (2) Postage and Handling - Domestic: The postage charged will be based on actual postage costs. These are estimates for Australia only.  You are able to choose whether you would like your parcel sent by Express Post or Regular Post. Australia Post will be used for postage services in most cases. This store will not be responsible for any orders lost in transit.   Should you require insurance and/or signature on delivery, please select and pay for this option. You are responsible for ensuring that we have a correct address for delivery.  

(3) Postage and Handling - International.  International orders are posted using courier or Australia Post. Delivery times vary from country to country.   This Store will not be responsible for any orders lost in transit. Please contact us prior to placing your order for a postage quote and terms and conditions.

(4) Returns and/or Refunds.  We do not return or refund if you change your mind, if you no longer want the product or you don't like the colour.  We do not return, refund or exchange patterns, books, or kits due to copyright law obligations. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the issue.   We will replace, repair or refund faulty products as best suits each individual situation.  Do not send back products without an authorisation code.

(5) Gift Vouchers. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used for purchases both online and as class payments. They cannot be redeemed for cash.
